Every move, insurance change, new provider seen or urgent need revealed the same gap: continuity was missing and health admin time was adding up.
Anna soon discovered that problem was exponentially amplified for those other "Chief Medical Officers" of the family; managing not only their health, but the health of their kids, significant others and aging parents. It became clear that family health management was now a full-time job in its current state.
